The place is clean with bright and luxurious room, and views over the rise fields and on the mountain. The location is amazing, central. It has absolutely amazing staff. Pool is good for hot days.

We had an amazing stay at a unique homestay surrounded by beautiful rice fields and impressive rock formations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us extra blankets for the cold nights. The peaceful atmosphere and excellent WiFi made it a great place to meet other travelers. Despite a few minor issues with cleanliness and a breakfast that was a little greasy, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

It was located in the middle of the town. The staff was enthusiastic and amiable.

The apartment was fairly clean and located near human's Ninh Binh, so funny, de neigbourhood and Bich Dong Pagoda and Trang A. The location was indeed amazing and lovely, by nature.

I stayed at Tam Coc Homestay for a couple of nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The room I stayed in, Room 7, was spacious, beautiful, and had a stunning view of the mountains and rice fields. The food at the hotel was delicious and plentiful, and it was a nice surprise when they invited me to join them for dinner. I also appreciated the free bikes and motorbike rentals available. a great place to stay with lovely staff and amazing views.

Additionally, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with valuable tips and assisting in organizing transportation. We also appreciated the option to rent bikes and scooters at affordable rates, allowing us to explore the area conveniently.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The facilities could have been better maintained, as there were frequent power outages and the air conditioning was not very effective.

The small swimming pool and artificial waterfall add a refreshing touch. The proximity to Tam Coc and the caves makes it convenient for exploring the area. Free bicycle rental, although the condition of the bikes could be improved.
